FAQ

Pressure Washing — common questions.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high pressure and is right for hard surfaces like concrete driveways, sidewalks, and pool decks. Soft washing uses low pressure for delicate surfaces like siding, stucco, and roofs. We use whichever the surface calls for — and never high pressure on anything it could damage.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?

Not when it's done right. We match the pressure to the surface and use a surface cleaner for an even finish, so you avoid the etching, swirl marks, and zebra striping an inexperienced job leaves behind. Pavers we usually clean, re-sand, and seal rather than blast.

What can you pressure wash?

Driveways, sidewalks, walkways, pool decks, patios, and other hard concrete or stone surfaces. For siding, screens, and roofs we switch to soft washing to protect the surface.
